Your Journey Isn't Defined by The Calendar

I love the summer season; the early morning sun rises with the beautiful clear blue skies. It's such a welcomed change from the dark gloomy mornings of winter. And as the sun streaks in, I am gently reminded of the many blessings upon my life. We are to be thankful for many things. Good health, a home, a job and the choice to be at peace and filled with joy. But through the positives, the nagging and the distant reminders echo through the mind, have we done enough? Have we fallen short? The failures? The bad decisions?
The incomplete projects? The forgotten plans? For this summer and December season, I do not want to be reminded to finish strong, I do not want to be reminded that I still have two months to finish strong for 2025. If anything, I want to be reminded that my journey isn't defined by the calendar. Jeremiah 29 vs 11: For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.
Ultimately, I am defined by the plans and purposes created by God for me. God is not defined by time or even the human calendar.
Be encouraged, Be excited knowing that you are placed on this earth for a purpose, for HIS purpose. Regardless of the bumps and the valleys along the journey that you may have encountered this year. If you are willing, Gods hand gently slides you back on the path to continue. If you do not give up and grow weary, you will see the victory, you will ultimately be the victor.
